With a web-based system the linen order you input into web program will be sent directly into our software system for processing.  No more waiting on hold when calling in your linen order or getting a busy signal when faxing it.  Likewise, each morning you can use AngelLink to view the quantities coming on your delivery even before the delivery truck arrives.  Then if you want to take linen management to the next level AngelLink allows you to track how you distributed each day's delivery to your hospital departments.  Combine that with your hospital census information and AngelLink becomes a powerful linen management reporting tool.  It can provide reports at the customer, department, and even cart level showing you usage, pounds, and cost.  The reports willl group these into totals, daily averages, and per patient day.  Department cost numbers can be compared against prior year figures or budgeted linen costs to establish reasonable benchmarks for cost savings.
