Angelica implemented the "Customer for Life" Program in 2000, developing a standard process to
enhance the customer experience. Currently, the Program is implemented in all of our Markets and Service Centers and it has a number of stated goals, including the following:
- Allowing benchmarking across our customer portfolio to drive better
results
- Building stronger relationships at all levels within the customer's
facility
- Establishing key metrics that our customers say are important, demonstrating our
performance as a superior service provider
Our customers benefit from delightful service and the "Customer for Life" Program is a
