Image Angelica implemented the "Customer for Life" Program in 2000, developing a standard process to enhance the customer experience. Currently, the Program is implemented in all of our Markets and Service Centers and it has a number of stated goals, including the following:
  • Allowing benchmarking across our customer portfolio to drive better results
  • Building stronger relationships at all levels within the customer's facility
  • Establishing key metrics that our customers say are important, demonstrating our performance as a superior service provider
