Jeb Bush and David Siegel Join Angelica's Parent Board

ST. LOUIS, Missouri - October 28, 2008-Angelica Corporation, announced today that former Florida Governor Jeb Bush and David Siegel, current CEO of XOJET, the fastest growing private aviation company in the United States, have been appointed to the Board of Directors of the company's parent corporation.

Jeb Bush was elected Florida's 43rd governor in 1998 and served two four year terms, the maximum allowed under Florida law.  Highlights of his administration include reform of the state's educational system, restructuring of state's health care programs and pursuit of state tax cuts.  His leadership helped Florida lead the nation in job creation.

Governor Bush was born in Midland, Texas.  He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in less than three years with a bachelor's degree in Latin American studies.  Before pursuing his political ambitions, Governor Bush had a successful business career including positions in international finance and banking, as well being a partner in one of south Florida's leading real estate development firms.

David Siegel was named President and CEO of XOJET October, 2008.  Founded in 2006, XOJET has quickly become one of the world's fastest growing aviation companies, built on a unique business model that combines private jet ownership, membership and on-demand travel and a singular focus on providing the highest level of customer service at every point of the client's experience.  XOJET recentely secured $2.46 billion for fleet expansion.

Previously Mr. Siegel was Chairman and CEO of Gate Gourmet, the world's largest independent airline catering and logistics provider, since June 2004 and he continues to server as non-executive Chairman of the Board.  Under his leadership Gate Gourmet successfully completed major refinancing, restructuring, and key labor agreements in the U.S. and U.K.  Mr. Siegel was able to drive significant financial and organizational improvements tripling enterprise value while building a best-in-class portfolio of in-flight products and services with more than 20,000 employees in over 25 countries.

Prior to Gate Gourmet, Mr. Siegel served as President and CEO of US Airways Group, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Avis Rent a Car.  Mr. Siegel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics and economics from Brown University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
